How will you toast the Eclipse?
Whether you are celebrating with us at The Winery or at home with friends and family, toast the eclipse with our Signature Eclipse Sangria!
This sangria recipe is super simple, amazingly delicious and festive. The orange and lemon rounds represent the sun while the black ice balls simulate the eclipse and slowly melt in your glass as the eclipse fades. Wow your friends and family and celebrate the eclipse in style with The Winery at Seven Springs Farm’s Signature Eclipse Sangria!
Recipe:
Cut 1 lemon and 1 orange into thin slices.
Add to pitcher along with 1 bottle Muscadine Wine.
Refrigerate overnight.
Make the Eclipse Ice Balls:
Mix 3/4 Cup Red Muscadine Wine and 1/4 Cup Country Red Juice.
Add to ice molds and freeze overnight.
The Next Day:
Add 2 Cups Ginger Ale and 1 Cup Pineapple Mango Juice to the wine pitcher.
Assemble Sangria:
Add Orange or Lemon slice to your glass.
Add Eclipse Ice Ball to glass.
Pour the sangria mix over top.
