Heritage Red

The newest wine in our Heritage Series is made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo grapes and has notes of oak, dark roast coffee, chocolate and cherry. It is moderate in tannin and high in acidity making it taste almost juicy. This spicy Italian and Spanish grape pairs well with red meat, including one of our Seven Springs Farm Angus Beef steaks.
