Rooster Red
This rooster is king of the cooperage! He rules our Seven Springs Farm roost of flavor being made from our estate grown Chambourcin and Tempranillo grapes. His wine is fruity and lightly oaked with amazing aromas of red and black fruit including cherry, raspberry and strawberry with a hint of spice and a butter popcorn finish.
