Tasting Notes:

This semi-dry white wine has citrusy aromas of lemon, grapefruit and orange blossom. It has much to offer and will surprise the palate with tastes of honeydew melon, nectarines and grapefruit.

Winemaker Notes:

There is over one acre of Catawba grapes planted in our vineyards. They are native to the Eastern United States and grow incredibly well in our East Tennessee climate. They produce incredibly fruity wines with bright acidity. A small amount of Riesling wine was blended to add a natural sweetness along with refreshing hints of melon and orange blossom.

Spicy Asian Dishes, Strawberry Salad, and Roasted Chicken
